Stop Unfair Property Practices in Dallas County Probate Courts

Stop Unfair Property Practices in Dallas County Probate Courts
The Issue
I, along with many others in Dallas County, am a victim of unjust probate court practices. Our inherited properties are systematically undervalued and sold by a single appointed realty firm. This firm appears to be intentionally underpricing properties, favoring investments for their associates, thereby undermining the financial interests of rightful heirs. Furthermore, it has been observed that dependent administrators and realtors are deceiving the courts through non-arms-length transactions, forcing us to repurchase our own family estate.
Probate courts should primarily protect the rights of heirs and beneficiaries. However, in Dallas County, the courts are not properly ensuring our rights to retain deceased family members' properties. This problem, which impacts many families like mine across Dallas, is exacerbated through the courts' apparent disregard for the ethical implications of appointing a single realty firm favoring buyers over rightful heirs.
Families should never have to bid for, and repurchase, their own inherited estates. We urge the Texas Supreme Court to investigate these practices in Dallas County’s probate courts and the realty firm in question, to ensure transparency, fairness, and adherence to the true spirit of the probate process. Save the families of Dallas County from financial losses and from losing their rightful family properties.
Protect our inheritance rights; protect our history and our future. Please, sign and share this petition, so our collective voice may implore justice and change.
