I am creating this petition to raise awareness about unfair and misleading practices I have experienced on Domestika. I, along with many other users, have faced unauthorized charges, unclear subscription renewals, and lack of proper customer support.

Online educational platforms must be transparent, honest, and supportive to their users. No customer should lose money or be ignored when asking for help.

I demand that Domestika:

1. Provide clearer information about subscriptions and renewals, sent information that trial period is expiring, also dont charge without contest!
2. Offer fast and fair refunds to affected users
3. Improve customer support response time
4. Ensure all charges are authorized and transparent
5. Investigate and stop any misleading or scam-like practices
6.
