First, let's take a look at sniffies.com. The screenshot below tells its own story about why anyone would access this website and what they would be doing on Sniffies. Clearly, it is an ADULT hookup site for ADULTS engaging in ADULT activities.

Additionally, any user, according to Sniffies terms, must state as fact that the user is over 18. See screen shot below. 

However, minor(s), acting as adults, attesting that they are adults, and engaging in adult activities, are accessing and using Sniffies to solicit sex. 

Use of this website can unsuspectingly land a user with very serious allegations

The important question here is why are minors able to access Sniffies and  solicit sex on the website.

First, it does seem like the parent may have vicarious liability for lack of supervision? I have a child of my own and while she was a minor, I had many parental controls on her devices. These parental controls are free and easy to use. My daughter's cell phone was inoperable after a certain time of night (she could only call me, her mom, and certain emergency contacts) and ALL access to adult websites was blocked. 

However, notwithstanding the lack of parental supervision here, Sniffies must have stricter control over minor access to their app/website. Especially after review of the content and intent of anyone on Sniffies. It is far too easy for minors to access and use Sniffies, which can land innocent and unsuspecting adults in a lot of trouble. 

In Florida, a minor can purport to be an adult, even produce a fake ID, and anyone engaging with said minor can go to jail for a long time if such person is found to be underage. It's called "strict liability"

As such, Sniffies must be held liable to be MUCH stricter on verifying age in Florida and completely RESTRICTING access to minors.
