This all started when ex one direction band member Liam Payne died on 16th October 2024, and the problem started when TMZ posted 2 disturbing pictures, one was a picture of a red tent, and the other was parts of Liam’s deceased body. Then they were making up all sorts of lies about him which were not true as sources confirmed otherwise but they were making Liam out to be someone he wasn’t. The final straw is now there is a documentary coming out on Monday about Liams tragic passing, there is so many issues with this, one being that this is so insensitive and disrespectful to the family that did NOT consent to this, they don’t care about Liam, they are just filling their own pockets, and another concern I have is that Roger Nores (one of the 3 men allegedly being investigated over Liam’s death for abandonment.) he should not be on at all, this is a total lack of respect to Liam and his family! This is just disgusting and TMZ needs to be sued!! Calling them people is a disgrace to society and to Liams family and to his memory! Has no one thought about his son? No! Do they care about lining their own pockets? Yes! That’s the only reason this documentary is coming to TV!

They don't give a stuff that he could see this! This is so insensitive on so many different levels! As you know, fans have been signing petition after petition to get the hotel closed down, to see any documentaries of Liam never see the light of day but TMZ clearly doesn't care and it's airing  anyway! 

if things stay the same, if we don’t speak up, if we sit back and do nothing, things are going to get a lot worse then they already are! there are already fake pictures circulating around the internet of Liam, which evidence proves the situation never played out like it’s being shown! And the fact Liam’s son could potentially see this in the future about his dad, is damaging!  

But if we sue the TMZ, not only will we make sure the horrific stuff they are posting gets removed from social media platforms, we will make sure that Liams family gets compensation, for the things they have had to witness, the terrible lies being spread about their son, they have been through such an traumatic ordeal already, this will give them peace knowing that that TMZ will no longer spread false information and sensationalism about anybody! the importance  of removing any vile things is crucial and it will give the Payne family a sense of security and they don’t need to worry about people tarnishing Liam or his memory. The way things have been handled is atrocious and if something doesn’t get done soon, it’s just going to cause the family more heartache, and the damage it could do to his son when he’s older can be devastating, especially reading and seeing TMZ posting such disturbing images no child ever has to see, let’s speak up! Liam may no longer be here anymore but that will never stop us from being his voice!
