We, the undersigned, express our grave concern regarding the safety and security of Iranian political refugees and civil activists residing in Yalova and throughout Turkey.

Recently, an individual named [Redacted] has publicly threatened Iranian refugees on social media platforms. She has explicitly stated her intention to hand over information and documentation of refugees' political activities to the Iranian Embassy and intelligence agencies. Such actions are a direct violation of international refugee laws and place the lives of individuals fleeing persecution in imminent danger.

Furthermore, this individual uses her platform to downplay the struggles for freedom in Iran and act as a voice for the interests of the regime they escaped.

Our Demands:

1. An immediate investigation by Turkish Migration Authorities and Law Enforcement into the activities and residency status of [Redacted].

2. Guaranteed protection for the refugees who have been targeted and threatened by this individual.

3. Intervention by international human rights bodies to prevent the intimidation of vulnerable refugee communities.

We call upon all Iranian and Turkish human rights activists to sign and share this petition to ensure the safety and dignity of refugees in Turkey.

ما، امضاکنندگان این دادخواست، نگرانی عمیق خود را نسبت به امنیت جانی و روانی پناهندگان سیاسی و فعالین مدنی ایرانی ساکن در شهر یالووا و سایر نقاط ترکیه ابراز می‌داریم.

اخیراً فردی به نام [Redacted] به طور علنی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی اقدام به تهدید پناهندگان کرده است. او صراحتاً اعلام کرده که اطلاعات و مدارک فعالیت‌های سیاسی این افراد را به سفارت و نهادهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تحویل می‌دهد. این اقدام نه تنها نقض آشکار قوانین پناهندگی و حقوق بشر است، بلکه جان ده‌ها انسان را که به دلیل سرکوب از ایران گریخته‌اند، با خطر جدی مواجه می‌کند.

علاوه بر این، نامبرده با استفاده از تریبون خود به تطهیر جنایات جمهوری اسلامی و بی‌ارزش جلوه دادن مبارزات آزادی‌خواهانه مردم ایران می‌پردازد.

خواسته ما:

۱. بررسی فوری پرونده اقامتی و فعالیت‌های [Redacted] توسط اداره مهاجرت و پلیس ترکیه.

۲. تضمین امنیت پناهندگانی که توسط این شخص مورد تهدید و «لو دادن» قرار گرفته‌اند.

۳. مداخله سازمان‌های حقوق بشری برای جلوگیری از نفوذ عوامل تهدیدکننده در جوامع پناهندگی.

ما از تمامی فعالین حقوق بشر ایرانی و ترک می‌خواهیم برای حفظ امنیت انسانی، این پتیشن را امضا و منتشر کنند.
