New High-Density Development: Hidden Oaks

Please help defeat a high-density, multi-family 86 unit development going in just east of Timber Ridge to be called Hidden Oaks. 

Please do three things: (1) Send letter / email asking the county to reject the proposal and (2) attend meeting Feb. 17. (3) sign this petition so we can present a collective argument. 

By signing you agree that platte county should reject the proposal for land rezoning for Hidden Oaks.

Address letter to Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission and email to all these addresses (which includes the commissioners, who have final say).

You can voice your disapproval at this meeting and ask county to reject proposal.
