Follow us on Instagram!  The Willow Project, is an oil drilling plan to construct five oil drill pads and 250 oil wells. ConocoPhillips Alaska an oil company, wants  to harvest the oil from the National Petroleum Reserve. If Joe Biden goes through with this project an additional 9.2 million metric tons of carbon pollution would be released into the air each year, that’s approximately the same amount of pollution produced by 2 million gasoline powered cars. This project would also effect the Arctic wildlife and Local Indigenous Communities.
