This petition aims to keep Maryland's sky clean and clear by prohibiting the use of chemical contrails in the state of Maryland. Our natural environment is being tampered with and we aren't being told the whole story. Chemical contrails have been witnessed over Maryland at an alarming rate. See below from the border with DC up to Freeland, MD.

Other states have similar petitions under review and some have passed legislation banning the practice of chemical contrails such as New Hampshire's HB 1700-FN prohibiting 'the intentional release of polluting emissions, including cloud seeding, weather modification, excessive electromagnetic radio frequency, and microwave radiation and making penalties for violation of such prohibition.'

Similarly, Tennessee's SB 2691/HB 2063 prohibits 'the intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight.'

We hereby call upon the Maryland Governor Wes Moore, the State Legislature, State House and State Senate to prohibit the use of chemical compounds in contrails for the purpose of geoengineering, i.e. cloud seeding, spraying, injection, in Maryland Skies.
