Hey New Braunfels Utilities what’s going to happen when thousands of households refuse to pay their bill due to this ridiculous PCRA fee? 

I’ve called numerous times asking about this fee and get told it’s fuel cost related. I’ve asked for the formula that this is determined many times only to be told “We don’t know”! How about a little transparency.
