Dear Lensbury Management,

We, the members of Lensbury Club, are writing to express our concern about the proposed fee increase. While we understand the need for the club to generate revenue, this proposed increase is unjustified.

One of the main reasons for our concern is the poor quality of the club. So many things are in disrepair, the gym and changing area cleanliness are not up to standard, the supply of classes often fails to meet demand, and the overall experience of being members of a 'state of the art gym' is not what we expected when we signed up for our membership.

Second, many members are unhappy with the cafe and dining area. Specifically a lack of comfortable seating and poor quality, overpriced food with hit and miss service.

We understand that maintaining a club can be costly, but the proposed fee increase needs to be commensurate with the quality. It is unfair to ask us to pay more for a club that does not meet our expectations.

We ask that you reconsider the proposed fee increase and instead focus on improving the quality of the gym. We believe that a better gym experience and improved facilities/services will attract more members, resulting in increased revenue for the club without the need for a fee increase.
