The proposed change to convert this precious land into commercial warehouse spaces poses an imminent threat to the tranquility of our neighborhood and the safety of all who reside here.

The transformation of residential farms into commercial warehouses could lead to an influx of large vehicles such as semi's and trucks, which these roads are simply not equipped to handle. Not only would this drastically increase traffic congestion, but it could also result in dangerous driving conditions. Our roads were never designed for the heavy industrial traffic that such warehouses would attract, creating an unsafe environment for pedestrians, cyclists, and local traffic.
