The Issue

Please sign and share this petition to stop the torture and execution of Mojahed Kourkour by the Islamic Regime in Iran.

He is an indigenous man from the city of Izeh, who was violently arrested. The regime used military shelling to attack his community, which cost the lives of several other indigenous members.

He is being tortured into making false confessions on the regime's government-backed national news tv station, for crimes he has not committed, so that he can be given the death sentence in a sham trial for an unjust execution sentence. Mojahed has been tortured to the point that he looks unrecognizable.

The Islamic Regime on November 22nd, 2022 shelled the family car of Kian Pirfalak, a 9 year old child from Mojahed Kourkour's tribe in Izeh, and are torturing Kourkour into making a false confession regarding the killing of Kian. Kian's family has stated publicly that they saw the government agents shell their vehicle and his mother Zainab Molaei even got out of the car to tell them that they are shelling a family car. The incident left Kian's father paralyzed, his family ostracized,  and Kian's grave vandalized.

The regime wants to divide and turn members of Kourkour and Kian's family against each other, to cover up their killing of the 9 year old, and excecute Kourkour after a forced confession. Kian's family and Kourkour's mother have together pleaded for help to save Mojahed from being executed. Please help to spread this petition, please help to save Mojahed Kourkour's life and demand he be released from being tortured in prison. Please help to bring some form of justice to Kian's family by shedding light on the truth. They want the world to know that the regime murdered their child right in front of their eyes.

Mojahed's mother and 6 sisters rely on him for their survival and well-being.

Please help to share his story, so that we may be able to spread his name and bring attention to the plight of his family and that of thousands of others who have been falsely arrested, accused, and executed. These young people's lives matter and we can help to be their voice and that of their families who are threatened to stay silent by the Islamic Regime.
