For the last 133 years the Cele Store has been a cornerstone of community in the greater Austin, TX area. Established in 1891, this historic site has served as a general store, post office, and social hub for generations. In addition to live music, cold beer, and old fashioned no-rub BBQ, it is also well known for its cameos in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre & Transformers: Age of Extinction. 

The Cele Store's unique charm and historical significance deserve formal recognition by the Texas Historical Commission.
