Starmer Stands Down! Will Burnham Do Better For Older People?

Andy Burnham is well placed to replace Keir Starmer as Prime Minister. During his campaign in Makerfield, Burnham pledged to stick with the Triple Lock and to bring forward social care reform. He also recognised that taxing the state pension was a big issue on the doorsteps which he would need to "look at". This is a direct reflection of the success of our campaign and this petition. As they say the proof of the pudding will be in the eating and we will hold Burnham to his promises.
