It needs to be a law that no landlord can show potential buyers your home while you’re leasing it! It is very uncomfortable and NOT SAFE allowing strangers to come into your home Going through your entire home to see if they want to buy it or not! This is easy target to people coming back to your home and robbing you. Realtors HAVE NO CLUE WHO they are showing your home too because they do not Screen them! Even if they did it’s very frustrating and disturbing your peace having to make arrangements to show the home. 
I am starting this petition because my landlord started showing my home over a year before my lease was set to end! Back to back showings and didn’t care that I wanted to be present. This is so stressful. Who’s to say that a serious buyer would buy within all that time that I had left to stay there. Meaning I could be having to deal with showings for the next year! 
COMPLETE STRANGERS WALKING THROUGH our homes, where we have personal belongings, jewelry and other private things! 

IT’S NOT FAIR And SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED! 

I LIVE IN TEXAS AND IT’S A LAW HERE that we have to allow the landlord to come in our home and show the property while occupied! THIS PETITION IS NOT ONLY TO STOP THAT IN TEXAS BUT IN OTHER STATES THAT ALLOW IT AS WELL!
