Stop the Routes carve up in Watford & Surrounding areas

Stop the Routes carve up in Watford & Surrounding areas
from the 17th April 2022 Arriva Group plans to make changes to the current
Sapphire 320 Hemel Hempstead - Rickmansworth
8 Abbots Langley - Mount Vernon
10 Woodside - Holywell Estate
321 Luton - Watford
These changes are totally unfair to all who rely on this service the 320 Links Hemel Hempstead to Bedmond, Abbots Langley, Garston, Watford, Maple Cross & Rickmansworth
Its a flagship sapphire route by Arriva promising they will get you there in a sparkle or your money back however from April they have decided despite how many people use and rely on this service that it will get cut remade and terminate at Holywell Estate in Watford the current Fleet of Euro 6 Friendly buses will be taken away as well due to the lack of actual care by Arriva for Hemel Hempstead depot they will be given to Luton? and we are given some old buses in return that will not be the same euro rating, high spec or quality
The 320 links upto Avanti, London North Western Railway at Watford Junction a busy interchange to North West & connections into London & Croydon as well other bus to all other parts of Hertfordshire, Harrow & Brent Cross
The New 20 will take longer leading to Missed connections and will cut off people between The Compasses & Dome Roundabout the 20 does not serve the area as the current 320 does Arriva does not seem to care numerous complaints on social media as well as Emails they do not care what so ever
The 8 currently runs between Abbots Langley and South Oxhey this is the only bus that goes into the Village at Abbots Langley and servers Areodrome and Leavesden Studios from April this will start at Watford this is where the issue with the 320 starts Arrivas logic is by extending services to cover cut services this gets rid of any you cut services issues its a very poor and disgusting tactic
The 10 currently runs Woodside to Holywell this service will be extended to Abbots Langley to cover cuts on the 8 & 320 but it appears Arriva is very bias to ensuring Holywell who has other 4 Buses now (10, 20, 635 as well as some local W town Services) but anywhere else on the route they dont care about it
To get around covering the services on the later half of the route Arriva decided the best course of Action was to extended the 321 to Rickmansworth which is one of the worst steps the company could do the current 321 is already a long route and gets easily affected by Traffic now that will be much longer and has the term to affect St Albans, Luton, Harpenden and surrounding areas
All that needs to happen is the current 320/321 to stay as it is these changes are not needed it is not a Sapphire Premium service if it takes longer to complete a journey then it currently does the 8/10 are also not required
The communication between Arriva and its customers is so shocking and that can be seen day to day services are cancelled due to staffing issues but instead of telling people like other operators have been arriva make you will a form in everytime it does not take much to List cancelled services on Twitter or Facebook every other operator does that and even has set up pages in the likes of Stagecoach or First Bus its unacceptable in 2022 when we have very advanced Tech to sit there and guide customers to the Buggy unfinished trash known as the Arriva App
