The developer is proposing to rezone the farmland at 1000N and IN-267 to allow for 371 single-family detached residential units, 112 multi-family dwelling units, community center, 220-stundent seminary school, and 200-person dormitory, and a private k-12 school of up to 780 students.

This large number of homes will reduce the value of our homes in the area and will cause traffic congestion on county road 1000 N and Crosswinds Estates.  This type of development just doesn’t fit the area.  It is a town within a town.  This is the same development that was shot down in Clermont at the old golf course.

• Attend the zoning meeting at 6:30 pm on Monday, August 8, at the Danville High School Auditorium.
• Testify against this Rezoning.
