The Issue

We oppose the rezoning of property on Crawford Smithonia to allow for an RV park. This development would harm the safety, peace, and property values of our long-standing community.

For over a decade, families on Crawford Smithonia have chosen this community for its safety, quiet, and trust among neighbors. Many of us have built our forever homes here, raised our children, and invested both emotionally and financially in this land.

Now, a proposed RV park threatens to disrupt everything we have worked to preserve. This plan was introduced without transparency or community input, despite the fact that it directly affects dozens of households.

An RV park in this location would:

Increase traffic and safety risks for our children.
Lower property values for long-term residents.
Destroy the peace and rural character of our neighborhood.
Place profit for one individual over the well-being of the entire community.
We are not opposed to thoughtful growth—but this proposal is reckless, unfair, and dangerous to our families.
