the Pier Gardens Cleethorpes  have always been a cherished retreat for so many residents. The sea view that stretches from Alexander Road to Sea  Road, is a sight of tranquillity that countless families, elderly individuals, and visitors have enjoyed for generations. However, the current plan to redesign and excavate the town end of Pier Gardens threatens to rob us of this precious haven.

The ongoing work is disrupting the harmony and accessibility of this beloved garden, impacting local businesses and dampening the spirits of holidaymakers and residents alike. Businesses that once thrived on the traffic from visitors are now witnessing a decline, largely due to the closure of this central part of the gardens.

We urge the North East Lincolnshire Council and the project managers, including contractors Maylim, to halt current efforts and reconsider the allocation of resources. Instead of focusing on the town end of Pier Gardens, we propose shifting these efforts to the far end, preserving the historic and cultural integrity of the beloved town section.

I encouradge you,since the work has started to write to the Council and project manager,and Maylin requesting a urgent halt of the works, for a review to suggest that the Council reallocates the Funding  to the other end of the Pier gardens near Former fantassy Island or Wonderland, and  time is not on our side, you will need to get activly involved to stop these works.

You could also Petition in Person outside Pier,gardens with bill boards and take photos submit to the council your objections to the continuing works,,and state how the reconstruction of the town Pier gardens, is affecting your life and is not necssery ,call on your local Mp depending where you live as they can support your case, Cleethorpes Mp is Melanie onn,  ,and favour a tidy up and local refurbishement over the planned works town end , of the Pier gardens,which once compleated will change the Parks trajectory forever,its shocking ,Whilst North east Lincolnshire counci say they are wanting to maintain character,there ripping it  up, ,digging up concrete, they have already removed the golf course ,if we are to salvadge this,we need to act fast,and request a stop to the works of town end Pier gardens underlinning your reasons, residents will need to argue on these points to stop this project ,make in person appointments so the coucil cannot ignore you,and dont be swayed by  anything they say,because they will justify there actions stating this is in the interest of the community when actually the effect its having is detrimental to the economy and quality of life to local residents, the  elderly,holiday makers .Visitors and Buisnesses,

This collective decision could pave the way for reopening the gardens, benefiting businesses, bringing back tourists, and restoring a beloved amenity for our senior citizens.

Time, however, is pressing. The works have already begun, urging us to act swiftly and decisively. Let's unite in preserving our heritage and safeguarding the the town end pier  gardens Cleethopes  for current and future generations.

Calling for an Emergency halt, requesting  for funding to be allocated down the other end of the pier gardens ,away from the Sea  rd .front,the Council said the town Pier gardens ,were in need of Significant  development and change ,There doing this aginst the  will  of the majority well i speak for the majority,and there will be consequences ro these deep exscavations ,if we allow them to continue ,People are already suffering because of this and the Projects only just begun ,I urge you to request an emergency stop to the deep exscavations of the Pier gardens ,un necssery damage and Chaos is being caused to a exscavation the majority did not want in the 1st place Please act now contact the council via formal complaint,because if Maylin go any futher,with this project the damage and look of the Beloved  town end Pier gardens ,will be not only damaged and np more nut gome forever. 

Iask yourself is that what you want if not act now,(We dont need a  noisy skate park in the Pier gardens either,Please suggest the other end out of town.

They could still proceed with an enterence from Waves to the sea  front ,at least then most of the gardens would be able to be restored back to  there  former glory ,
