The Issue
Petition to Address Rat Infestation at Kislev Golden Gate Apartments
To: Kislev Golden Gate Management
Address: 4565 Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA 30035
From: Residents of Kislev Golden Gate Apartments
Subject: Urgent Action Required to Resolve Severe Rat Infestation
We, the undersigned residents of Kislev Golden Gate Apartments, demand immediate action to address the ongoing rat infestation that is severely impacting our health, safety, and quality of life.
For weeks/months, residents have been dealing with a growing rodent problem, which poses significant health risks, property damage, and an unsanitary living environment. Despite concerns raised, adequate action has not been taken to resolve the issue. We are calling on management to:
1. Hire a licensed pest control service to conduct thorough extermination and prevention measures.
2. Inspect and seal all entry points to prevent further infestation.
3. Improve sanitation and waste management to reduce attractants for rodents.
4. Provide regular pest control maintenance to prevent recurrence.
We urge management to act immediately to ensure a safe and livable environment for all tenants. If no action is taken, we will escalate our concerns to local housing authorities, health departments, and media outlets.
Who are you petitioning? Kislev Golden Gate Management & Local Health Authorities
What do you want them to do?
We demand immediate extermination, building repairs to block rodent entry, and improved sanitation to prevent future infestations.
Why is this important?
Residents of Kislev Golden Gate Apartments are living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions due to a growing rat infestation. Despite complaints, management has not taken effective action. Rodents carry diseases, cause property damage, and create an unlivable environment. We demand immediate intervention for the health and safety of all tenants!
4. Upload Supporting Photos/Videos (Optional but highly effective)
