There is no infrastructure to accommodate more new builds ,The Dr's is very hard to get appointment we have a small asda shopping centre the schools are too full and there is a lack of job opportunities, The local chemist is usudays behind in prescriptions taking multiple trips to get medication. 

This will impact the community that as lots of problems already causing more problems that are unsolved already, instead of building more new build houses that local younger generation won't be able to afford, I feel and the community that needs are being left and people left to struggle with in public sector  which should be addressed firstly before adding new houses to a community forgotten.

The fields geology as very little soil and the land is disturbed from mining , the geology is mainly bedrock  and the sloping fields flood during winter on proposed site of building leaving a problem for self drainage ,the local field system drains in to Thurnscoe dyke which over last few years I've seen trout for first time also white egret birds use the dike with other wild fowl mallards and water rail. The fields have a large variety of wild life including hedgehog bats owls that I've seen  and abundance of small creatures that form part of food for such.

The community needs more than new builds which which are over looked , it will cause problems in a already poor community with traffic and people rely on their washing  to be air drying with high energy prices being so high , the fields back on to already existing properties that won't be able to sleep or open the windows in hot summers and lots of people use the boundaries of the village for walking .

The agricultural land or greenbelt land should not be used for housing as it is trying to solve a problem by causing more problems ,there is plenty of unused old empty industrial sites that are more suited to this instead of farm or green belt land for this I do not want nor the local residents more pressure on a already poor infrastructure instead more job opportunities and public services should be looked at.more schools to reduce the class sizes ,another Dr's and chemist to accommodate the lack of appointments people struggle to get ,some areas suffer rat infestations due to bins only emptied fortnightly, early hours in morning the front street as rats

,local people do walk Thurnscoe collecting discarded rubbish the council is not funded enough so local residents take pride by trying to clean there is so many problems and building is just adding to existing problems village suffers from , police are underfunded  and none existent so please look at community before profits. PUT THE SERVICES THERE JOBS THERE BEFORE EVEN LOOKING AT BUILDING AND SAVE THE WILDLIFE AND FARMING.
