There has been an 800% increase in our water bill for the past two months allegedly due to the maintenance and upkeep of the pool and landscape at Sedona Flats.  With the already high rent rates in our area, an unexpected added expense can obviously cause frustration to us residents.
The extreme increase to the monthly water bill is unjustified and non-comparable to the grounds maintenance that is the responsibility of Sedona Flats. We need to act now to stop this problem before it continues any longer.  I encourage the residents of Sedona Flats to come together to demand change.
By signing this petition you are showing your support of returning our water bills back to their previous cost. I have already spoke with the property manager about the situation and also plan to bring the signatures of this petition to her attention. The new resident water cost is unacceptable and I request you all to boycott the increase by not paying the October water bill until it is returned to our previously expected cost.
