Our Community is Under Threat

We, the residents of Elihu Cabin Hollow Community in Pulaski County, Kentucky, urgently call for the denial of permits and rezoning for the Phillip Harris Quarry proposed at 2335 Elihu Cabin Hollow Rd. This quarry, combined with TC Energy’s 30-inch gas pipeline transmission line to the John Sherman Cooper Power Plant, threatens our homes, health, environment, and way of life.
