If I may, I would like to share my situation at the present moment in time, what I fear and why I fear the Home Office threatening illegal acts against me. 

1. I have well-founded fears of cover-up abuses of power, alleged fraud and criminal human rights violations, and conspiracy on the part of the Home Office. 
2. I have a legitimate fear of being captured by the Home Office and facing indefinite imprisoned without due process of law.
3. I have well-founded fears for my freedom and possibly disappearing without traces.
4. I have a well-founded fear of being kidnapped by the Home Office.
5. I have well-founded fears of being trafficked into the hands of slave muster! 

Currently, my freedom of movement is limited; due to well-founded fears for my safety, I cannot seek medical help or any human assistance. I am not asking for extraordinary, but rather fundamental human rights, due rights, dignity, and due process of laws. 

1. My health condition is deteriorating and requires urgent medical treatment.  
2. I wish to visit my GP to seek medical help before too late and without fear of being a target of the Home Office threats.
3. I am ready to be housed and resume normalcy upon reinstating my asylum support and during the litigation. And if the Home Office is willing to respect the laws and stop harassment and the threats of deportation without due process.

In the third week of April, the Home Office started harassing me after I hired a Solicitor on the third week of March and after I filed a case under the Hammitte Line of authority against the Home Office's abuses of power.

After seeking legal services, the Home Office begin to harass me and threaten to deport me. As a result of filing a case under the Hammitte Line of authority, on the 16th of June, the Home Office terminated my asylum support.

My asylum support terminated after two and half months of filing a case defending my legal rights against the Home Office’s egregious abuse of power of authority. On the 30th of May, two weeks before the termination of the asylum support, I left the accommodation; I became homeless due to constant harassment and well-founded fears for my safety and freedom from the Home Office’s threats. 

After four months of homelessness, I am in a dire situation facing hunger, cold, hopelessness, and sinking into the deep darkness of depression.  I have been treated as a criminal and denied equal rights and due process of law for being African American Muslim asylum seeker.

I am waiting to preside over legal action in a court to pursue my legal rights in the court of law. After six months of delays and a lack of transparency, I have not been able to make legal progress due to the dilatory tactics.

I am in a far worse situation facing irreversible harm and struggling psychologically on a daily. The fascist public officials have no regard for human rights laws; they will do everything at their disposal to delay, delay, deny justice, and avoid accountability. 

In the view of some of the Home Office Official, my rights as a Black Muslim human being have no relevance. I am not sure whether justice will ever be served during my lifetime. Eventually, the ugly truth of fascist and fraudulent Home Office officials will be reveille.

I can no longer hold on living in misery, homelessness, fear, hunger, winter cold, hopelessness, and insecurity due to the egregious abuses of power and injustices. As I stated above, I cannot seek medical help despite my health condition.

I continue to suffer inhuman, and horrible circumstances at the hands of lawless authority, as a result of a conspiracy. Currently, I am having constant thoughts of suicide.

I wish to be treated as an equal human being with dignity and equal rights. And I wish to see incremental legal progress while I am alive. “Justice Delayed, Justice Denied”
