As an African American Muslim asylum claimant in the UK and a victim of biased governance and abuses of power, I have encountered great difficulty across the Atlantic to exist and survive. In the USA, my rights constitutionally guaranteed fundamental human rights, property rights, and religious rights have been violated by the authorities beginning with a municipality in Goffstown in the State of New Hampshire, and the New Hampshire DOJ and the USDOJ.
Being Black Muslim is a crime in the USA and the UK per-my- observation. The mistreatments and abuses of power I encounter appear identical; we are a disproportionally disadvantaged community systematically excluded from acquiring financial freedom and equal rights. The manufactured systemic racism was designed to suppress, oppress and depress the African American community.
The culture of ethnic supremacy is allowed to thrive by the authorities; discriminatory conduct of race base entitlements is ingrained among various government agencies. More bad apples in variance governmental agencies fear no accountability. Data conducted by government agencies indicate African-Americans experience a living hell due to the egregious abuses of power and continual persecution at the hands of bigoted public officials.
· The US DOJ statists show Black-man is 3X more likely to be killed by police.
The US sensor commission indicates black are sentenced 19% longer than white offenders for the same crimes.
· 22% of Blacks live in poverty compared to 9% of whites in America. · Blacks are 2.5x likely to live next to a power plant, waste dump, or structure that causes significant health hazards regardless of income.
· Black mothers are 4x likely, to lose babies.
· Wrongfully incarcerated blacks serve an average of 10-35 years in prison.
· Wrongly imprisoned blacks receive little or no compensation or an average of 3x less than whites.
The suffering of African Americans in the Twenty-First Century as the result of direct patterns of systemic racism and abuse of power will not change soon.
Since I arrived in the UK on the 20th of April 2016, the Home Office denied me a fundamental human right; arbitrarily denied me due process in violation of ICCPR Part III Art 26, the UN Convention Art 3, and ECHR Art 2 of the 1998 Human Rights Act.
From the 20th of April 2016 until the 16th of May 2022, the Home Office has persecuted me. They have reduced my rights to livestock animals; to cover up the biased governance, the Home Office has engaged in alleged fraud and abuse of power; consequently causing me irreparable psychological harm.
In late March of 2022, I filed a case against the Home Office under the Hammett line of authority for my illegal imprisonment without due process for 62-days. Consequently, on the 16th of May 2022, the Home Office suspended my asylum support and threatened to deport me. Due to the egregious abuse of power, I have become homeless.
Since the end of March 2022, the Home Office has withheld the release of my documents; the reason why they delayed the release of the document in question they stated, “due to the war in Ukraine, we are busy.”
What does the requested release of documents have to do with the war in Ukraine? What is that my application has to do with the war in Ukraine? And or any future war? After repeated requests from the MP, they released the documents. I am unsure whether the Home Office has completely cooperated in releasing all requested documents.
The Home Office has been engaged with malicious intent to suppress the requested documents and time and again failed to respond timely; the dilatory tactics appear to cover up the abuse of power and alleged fraud. I have been dealing with the Home Office for far too long, and they lack transparency, decency, moral ethic, and competence. As a result of biased governance, and barbarism, I have been denied equal justice and treated as a criminal for defending my rights!
I may not live long to see justice evidently; my life has no relevance in the views of the bigoted Home Office officials. As a homeless and stateless, I fear for my life, safety, and liberty of being arrested, imprisoned, and deported without due process. My situation is peculiar and possibly disappears without a trace, perhaps handed into my persecutors and without due process. As a black man, I do not have human rights in America, we have the called civil rights, degraded human rights, and empty meaning less law. “it’s less of a crime to shoot and kill a black man than offend the feeling of a gay person,”-said David Chappell.
I have great anxiety about the Home Office's official ill intent; they could use every means at their disposal to cover up the appalling human rights violations, and heinous breaches of a legitimate asylum seeker. At the moment, I am in an utterly desperate situation struggling with extreme mental anguish every day to stay alive. I am exhausted from being treated as a livestock animal, and my current situation is even worse!
My life has turned into nightmares, facing senseless death due to injustice and lawless officials! I have been denied justice five times in state courts in my formal home state New Hampshire, due to biased governance, which included the New Hampshire Supreme Court!
Having been denied due process of law in the UK since the 20th of April 2016, I am not sure whether or not I will have a day in court and to present my case. What has been happening is unprecedented, the best way to describe is a TRANSNATIONAL CONSPIRACY!...
