The proposed off-leash dog park at Paddock Park will cost tax payers $370,000. This area could be improved for human use including such things as paths, flowers, benches and areas dedicated to various sports.

The improvements at the Simonston Park in German Mills lead to increased usage of the park by many families.

An off-leash park already exists at Huntington Park less than 4km from the proposed site and is in no way used to capacity.

This petition is to stop the proposed off-leash dog park and re-direct the funds to park improvement for the tax paying resident's families.
