The NLRB wants to stop Boeing from manufacturing the Dreamliner in South Carolina.

The NLRB claims that Boeing has built and will operate this manufacturing plant to "punish" the unions in Boeing's Seattle, Washington plant, because they strike too much.

The well paying jobs in South Carolina will boost that State's economy tremendously and will help Boeing, America's biggest exporter, to gain on Europe's Airbus increasing plane sales. It will also hold the competitive line on the coming competition of the Chinese airplane manufacturers.

If there ever was an attack on America's free enterprise and the capitalistic system in general, this suit is a prime example. If companies, for pure economic reasons can not build and operate manufacturing facilities wherever they have an economic advantage over the competition, the flight of well paid manufacturing jobs overseas will accellerate.
