The local SPCA is planning on spending $6000 to kill 1800 cats that have been dumped in local landfills. Instead of protecting animals which is their mandate, the SPCA has chosen to kill as many cats as they can get their hands on including newborn kittens.

This is unacceptable. They are not reaching out to rescue groups for help in TNR and homing these poor animals. Tell them to stop this plan immediately!
