Unfortunately this particular animal hospital is the only place that is open 24 hrs in that area so people from Vaughn, King city, Richmond Hill, Thornhill and other surrounding neighborhoods are all forced to go there. The person (Jenna Richards) who owns this clinic has found a way to turn pet owners nightmare into a bonus for her business. We first found out about this clinic when they were holding our friend's 3 months and old puppy a hostage unless they committed to a $10,000 surgery and threatened them to call the cops if they didnt go ahead with the surgery. After that I wrote them a review and posted on social media and had many people reach out and share their horrible experiences. We are now starting this petition cause a family lost their dog in these people's care recently. After hearing their heartbreaking story, I said let me guess....Vaughn-Richmondhill Animal hospital. Sadly, I was right. We must stop these people! Ontario Veterinarian college must hold them accountable. Please take a moment and sign this petition to help us make sure this never happens to anyone. People like them should not be allowed near our pets after years of us caring for them.
