I am sending you this letter to order to stop the heartstick methods at Whiteville, NC (Columbus County).
The Director ans all columbus county commissioners are stinky and have black heart for healthy and innocent animals. I never vote for 7 columbus county commissioners cause they are bulllllllllly.
You, the director and all columbus county commissioners will go to HELL and I will go to your funeral home and put black flower hearts  on your caskets to remember how you all are very rude to healthy and innocent Animals. Also, you are not christians no matter if you are going to church.
