# The Lonely Hamster

Fluffy was a hamster who loved to eat. He enjoyed munching on seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables. He also liked to snack on cheese, crackers and cookies. He was always hungry and never felt full.

Fluffy lived in a pet store with many other hamsters. They all had their own cages and wheels. Fluffy had a cage too, but his wheel was too small for him. He could barely fit inside it, and he often got stuck. He felt embarrassed and frustrated.

The other hamsters made fun of Fluffy for being fat. They called him names like "Fatty", "Piggy" and "Blob". They laughed at him when he tried to run on his wheel or squeeze through the bars of his cage. They ignored him when he tried to talk to them or play with them. They treated him like he didn't belong.

Fluffy felt lonely and sad. He wished he had a friend who would accept him for who he was. He wished he could find a home where he would be loved and cared for. He wished he could be happy.

One day, a little girl came to the pet store with her mother. She saw Fluffy in his cage and smiled. She thought he was cute and fluffy. She asked her mother if she could buy him.

The mother looked at Fluffy and frowned. She thought he was too big and unhealthy. She told her daughter that they should look for another hamster, one that was smaller and more active.

The little girl was disappointed, but she obeyed her mother. She walked away from Fluffy's cage and looked at the other hamsters. They all looked the same to her: small, skinny and boring. She didn't like any of them.
