Recently it has come out that some political figures are trying ban drag shows in many states. They are trying to say that they are of a sexual nature. That is not true at all. Drag Queens can not even be compared to strippers or porn stars. Even many comedians are way more off color. They are also trying to make it illegal for anyone under 18 to attend a drag show. That should be the choice of a parent not a politician who does not know anything about drag. Being a member of the LGBTQ+ community it breaks my heart to see the way we are treated. We are humans just like everyone else.

We need to open the eyes of political figures in this country and show them that Drag Queens are not sexual. They are humans just putting on amazing shows with lots of glitter and glam.
