Violations of the FAR by some Project Managers & some Contracting Officers within the VA VISN 22 include, but not limited to:

1) Subpart 3.5—Other Improper Business Practices;
2) Subpart 3.10—Contractor Code of Business Ethics and Conduct; and
3) Subpart 3.11—Preventing Personal Conflicts of Interest for Contractor Employees Performing Acquisition Functions
