Once upon a time Delhi used to look forward to the pleasant weather in the changeover months of October/November; NO MORE!  Since the past several years Delhiites dread the last 3 months of the year due to farm fires, which literally chokes Delhi & makes it a living NIGHTMARE for everyone.

Earlier the Delhi govt. had an excuse that they had no control of the situation in the neighboring states, especially Punjab - which accounts for the highest number of farm fires.

Farm Fires continue this year inspite of the AAP govt. coming to power in the state of PUNJAB & now surrendering to the insensitive stubble burning, which causes irreversible health damage to almost 15 MILLION people in Delhi.

If AAP government does NOT do anything concrete to contain the farm fires in Punjab, then they should be sent a clear message, that they are likely to lose not only the coming MCD elections (which they were otherwise favorites to win) but also the subsequent state elections!
