I am asking you as a proud local in the walton area to sign this petition to stop the Everton ladies team from taking over the Walton hall astro turf to use a training pitch it’s an integral part of the community for the kids of the area and we all love the beautiful game and doing this will discourage people from being involved in said game.

Another reason to prohibit this is it gets people out and gets them exercise with their mates or parents kids playing football with their dads or having a kick about with people near and dear. This keeps kids out of dangerous anti social behaviour as it gives them a place to go and enjoy themselves and focus on sport and the sense of camaraderie on the pitch.

Most pitches charge an entry fee the Astro does not this is one of the last free pitches in the local area with real goals and good ground.

How can you call yourselves the peoples club when you’re taking away from the people.
