As residents of Attleborough, Nuneaton, we are deeply concerned about the proposed development of an 18+ bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) at the end of our quiet residential street. This is more than just a local issue; it's a personal one. Nuneaton is a small town where community spirit thrives. However, this sense of community could be threatened by such a large HMO.

Currently, most HMOs in our area accommodate between 4 and 6 individuals - already causing noticeable changes to our neighbourhood dynamics. The prospect of having over 18 individuals living in one building at the end of Anker Street would undeniably cause havoc to our peaceful environment.

The impact on parking alone would be considerable due to increased vehicle ownership associated with larger HMOs. Noise levels would inevitably rise too, disrupting the tranquillity we currently enjoy.

We understand that housing demand necessitates some level of shared accommodation but believe this proposal goes beyond what is reasonable for our small street and community.
