Good afternoon,

Thank you all for your wonderful support regarding the proposed mega resort, which would be the largest commercial development of its kind in Prince Edward County, and surrounded entirely by farmland and homesteads. There are two things you can do right now to help:

1. Forward the petition to anyone and everyone who lives in Prince Edward County (thank you all who signed from outside the county; the more local voters we can get the better!) (link: https://www.change.org/Stop-Trae-resort); and
2. Sign-up to speak and attend the Town Council meeting at 7pm Tuesday (tomorrow): The resort will be discussed at 7pm on Tuesday at Shire Hall in Picton. To speak, you must sign-up by sending email to: clerks@pecounty.on.ca by 12pm on Tuesday (tomorrow). We hope you all can be there to show council how you feel about this proposal. 

We very much appreciate all of the help, it has been wonderful to see the community come together, especially in light of the devastating fire which happened over the weekend. I’m sure you all would join me in sending love to those affected.
