We the residents of Pine Rock Park Shelton Connecticut and surrounding neighbors of  2 Mohawk Rd respectfully ask the Planning and Zoning Commission to deny application  #22 26 which proposes to construct a four story 40 unit rental apartment with the one- and two-bedroom units. This proposal is not in the best interests of Pine Rock Park residents and surrounding community. We are a diverse community of single-family homes with a handful of duplexes. This proposal is out of character with the existing land use of the area and will have a negative effect on our community and our property values. This proposal will increase the already present traffic hazards creating additional public safety issues. Especially given the number of young children in the area and the adjacent playground. We ask for your support in stopping this inappropriate proposal.
