A clear violation of the Native American Act. The troublingly continuous desecration of this sacred space has been happening since World War II and shockingly persists to this day. As such, this disrespect towards our ancestors must not and cannot be tolerated any longer. A now known spot for the final resting place of countless Native ancestors whose remains have been scattered, this cemetery’s violation is a painful affront to the native community. The need for justice is urgent and takes precedence for our people. We insist on the cessation of these actions and request an inspection and appropriate legal action in various jurisdictions. It is time that this blatant violation and lack of respect for Native American heritage and culture comes to an end. Join us in standing up for the rights of the Native American community and lend your voice to this cause. Please, sign the petition.
