To the MLBB Development Team,

Currently, the matchmaking experience in the Indian region is being hindered by a "Dark System" of uncoordinated team compositions and low-skill hero spamming in high-rank lobbies (Epic through Mythic).

Frequently, players are forced into matches with teammates who disregard team synergy—often picking multiple "late-game" marksmen like Hanabi and Layla or high-risk assassins like Gusion and Alucard without understanding the meta. This results in a toxic environment and an unfair gameplay experience for those trying to climb the ranks seriously.

We request the following improvements:

Refined Role Queue: Ensure players are matched based on their preferred roles to avoid 3-4 people fighting over the Gold Lane.

Stricter Credit Score Penalties: Apply heavier penalties for "intentional feeding" or "low impact" gameplay when players repeatedly pick non-meta heroes and underperform.

Better Matchmaking Logic: Fix the algorithm that pairs high-win-rate players with "feeder" teammates to "balance" the win rate.
