Southwick Labour councillors have already taken action—presenting a petition to full council and ensuring this proposal will be heard at planning committee. We will be there to speak against it.

But we need as many voices as possible.

Plans have been submitted to convert 4–6 Crozier Street & 97–101 Newcastle Road into an 18-room co-living development. This would bring increased pressure on parking, traffic, and local services in an already stretched residential area.

This proposal risks changing the character of our community, increasing noise and congestion, and placing further strain on local amenities that residents rely on every day.

This petition will remain open to show ongoing opposition as the proposal progresses.
