In a small Benton county community in Oregon there are many children without their mothers. This is due to the unethical court systems. This is  happening all around the world. These courts are giving children to the abusers and alowing them to alienate the protective mothers. This problem is getting worse each year. I personally have been fighting my own horrific battle for the past two years. They gave my child’s father sole custody after I tried to be her voice. At age 4 she came to me with some very disturbing things that had been happening to her. I’ve taken him to court for violating the courts orders over eight times in two years. They have done nothing but attack me. They have been extremely biased believing the  lies their being told and not asking for any evidence. It has been nine months no contact with my daughter. No one will help us. I have started a group for other woman/Men to be able to exchange ideas and talk about their experiences. We need to start a class action case against the court/CPS so we can put a stop to this. If we win this case “and we will” it will make it so we can change laws and the way the court system is functioning. We will be able to reach the legislature and be heard. My hope is to have a new law “Paisleys Law”. This law would make it so children are heard and believed. It would make the court systems more thoroughly investigate abuse allegations without involving CPS. CPS is responsible for trafficking children. They have proven to do more harm to our children and families then good. The legislation needs to see what’s happening all around the world ….It needs to start somewhere.
