A foreign investor is planning to build 21 homes on a 2 acre lot in the middle of an old neighborhood of Ewa Beach. The development will include an elevation of 9 feet. All of the added traffic will be routed in and out on Pohakupuna Rd. All of the storm water runoff will drain on to an already taxed drainage system on Pupu St.

Our community has major infrastructure issues including traffic, unimproved roads, no sidewalks, and no drainage. This development will destroy the character of our community and have a negative impact on all of the neighbors of this development.

The worst part is that this development has been permitted with no engagement of the surrounding community.
