The carbon tax will hit rural Canadians particularly hard, where driving is a necessity.

Our economy is fragile and the last thing it needs is yet another tax to make life more difficult for families and businesses.

The Canadian Taxpayers Federation is working hard to push the government to rethink this plan. In December, we hosted Chris Berg from Australia. He shared how the Australians imposed a carbon tax and after only a few years got rid of it because the economic impact was huge and it did nothing against climate change. 

Let's make them get rid of the carbon tax all together and stop forcing Canadians to pay for useless ideations.
