For over 2 years to date, there has been ongoing BULLYING, HARASSMENT, VERBAL ASSULTS, and THE EXCLUSION OF SENIOR CITIZENS and OTHERS, including their LARGE DOGS by agents of both CARYL HART, Director Sonoma County Parks & Recreation Department, & Chiarperson of the State of Califorina Park & Recreation Commission Advisory Committee, & BERT WHITAKER, division director, & KAREN COLLINS, Chairperson Sonoma County Park Advisory Commission who are fully aware of the ongoing BULLYING, HARASSMENT, VERBAL ASSULTS, THE EXCLUSION OF OTHERS, AND THEIR LARGE DOGS, from Ragel Ranch Regional Park, which has resulted in the PUBLIC HUMILIATION, DEGRADATION, INFLICITON of EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, dog fights, and lots of ANGER and HATRED. However, CARYL HART, BERT WHITAKER, KAREN COLLINS, and SONOMA COUNTY SUPERVISOR EFERIN CARRILLO have chosen to ignore this horrible situation. Lets help them understand that this BULLYING, HARASSMENT, VERBAL ASSULTS, THE EXCLUSION OF OTHERS, AND THEIR LARGE DOGS is UNACCEPTABLE, and AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY.
