HMF-Americana, LLC has asked the Mauldin City Council to defer the rezoning hearing for the Cottage Green development to be located on Fork Shoals and Ashmore Bridge Road across from the new Publix. The meeting will be deferred until the October 20th city council meeting at 7 pm at 5 East Butler Road in the Council Chambers.
