On behalf of the community, we urgently request your attention to the recent ban wave affecting players with multiple accounts. We firmly ask for an immediate cessation of all bans related to this matter. The lack of clarity surrounding the rules has resulted in innocent players falling victim to these actions.

To foster a more transparent and fair gaming environment, we implore you to initiate the following steps:

Termination of Multiple Accounts Bans:

We kindly urge you to lift all current bans associated with multiple accounts. This action will alleviate the undue burden on players who unknowingly violated the unclear rules.

Termination of any Accounts banned for retrieving resoures from farms/Alts:

We kindly urge you to lift all current bans associated with players retrieving resources from their farms/Alts. This action will alleviate the undue burden on players who unknowingly violated the unclear rules.

Renewed Terms of Service (ToS):

 We request a comprehensive renewal of the ToS to provide explicit and unambiguous guidelines for all players. This update will ensure that everyone understands the rules and can adhere to them without fear of inadvertent violations.

Ban Policy Revamp:

A thorough review and renewal of the ban policy will enhance consistency and fairness in handling violations. A well-defined and equitable ban policy will benefit both the community and the integrity of Nplus as a platform.
