Dennis Daniels, a figure who was previously voted off the Cherokee Metro Water Board by a significant margin of 3 to 1 in the last election, is now being considered for reappointment. This decision disregards our democratic process and undermines our collective voice as customers of Cherokee. 

The Cherokee Metro Water Board plays an essential role in managing our water resources and ensuring that we have access to clean, safe drinking water. The board's decisions directly impact us all - from how much we pay for water to how well our infrastructure is maintained.

Dennis Daniels' previous tenure on the board was marked by controversy and dissatisfaction among constituents. His proposed policies were not in line with what we as a community wanted or needed, leading to his decisive removal from office.

Reappointing him would be a step backward for Cherokee customers and would jeopardize our water management efforts. We need leaders who will listen to us, respect our votes, and work towards solutions that benefit everyone.
