N.Y. Thoroughbred Breeder arrested for 35 counts of Animal Cruelty

45, 016 Supporters of STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y. would like to know if the Officials in County of Columbia, N.Y., the  Mayor of Clermont, and the General Public are aware Columbia Greene Humane Society, the lead Animal Cruelty Investigative Agency designated by the County performed multiple investigations at BS Farm  between 2014-2020 and failed to issue any written warnings, summons, or make any arrests for animal cruelty ? According to state records CGHS failed to make any arrests for Animal Cruelty between 2015-2019.

Thanks to the New York State Police Troopers for arresting Andrea Nussinow on 3/17/20 charged with 35 counts of " injuring, torturing and starving the animals". The New York State Police assisted by Godspeed Horse Hostel and Humane Society saved dozens of horses, and other animals on 1/2/20 after the police "seized" the animals. 38 sick and dying animals were transported to Godspeed to help in their recovery. Sadly, several animals were so badly neglected they were humanely euthanized, and later other animals  died despite the best efforts of the rescuers, volunteers and veterinarians to save their lives, but it was too late, the years of abuse apparently had taken its toll.

45, 016 Supporters of STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y. would like to know when Paul Czajka, District Attorney of Columbia County and James Carlucci, ADA plan on prosecuting Nussinow ? How much more evidence do they need, and how many more animals need to die ?
