Will Paul Czajka, District Attorney prosecute or pay Nussinow ?

45,000 Supporters of " STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, New York" would like to know when Paul Czajka, District Attorney, County of Columbia, N.Y. and James Carlucci, ADA are going to file criminal charges and prosecute Andrea Nussinow, owner/operator of Blue Star Thoroughbred Breeding Farm ( BS Farm ) for 35 criminal acts of Animal Cruelty ?
The District Attorney Paul Czajka claims to have a conviction rate of over 90%, but for some reason, Czajka and his staff seem "afraid to prosecute" Nussinow, a New York Thoroughbred Breeder for multiple and repetitive Animal Cruelty violations since 2014.
If Paul Czajka, DA and James Carlucci, ADA are unwilling to prosecute this serious Animal Cruelty case because of conflicts of interest, or perceived conflicts of interest, and what appears to be a favorable bias given to Nussinow for years by Columbia Greene Humane Society, the lead Animal Cruelty Agency designated by the County, then perhaps the District Attorney’s Office should request a Change in Venue so that prosecution can proceed without delay.
The FBI reclassified Animal Cruelty as a serious crime strongly linked to other violent crimes against humans. Animal Cruelty is considered a crime against society.
All 45,000 Supporters of " STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y." would like to know if Paul Czajka, District Attorney of the County of Columbia, and James Carlucci, ADA agree with the FBI, that intentionally and maliciously "causing injury, torturing, and starving" dozens of horses and other animals is a serious crime, and a precursor to other violent crimes against humans ?
If Paul Czajka, DA and James Carlucci, ADA agree that the heinous crimes committed against these defenseless animals are serious crimes, linked to other criminal activity, when do they plan on enforcing the Federal and State laws and prosecute this Animal Cruelty case?
